GIANT PEANUT BUTTER HEART

February 11, 2015 by Carisa

Giant Peanut Butter Heart

I felt like making some delicious peanut butter bars, but then had the idea to make a giant peanut butter heart instead!

It sounded like a great gift idea or just a great snack for those hard days when the kids are driving me crazy. The days when I turn to chocolate to solve my problems.

Giant White Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart

Speaking of chocolate… Can you get Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in the shape of a heart for Valentine’s day?? I feel like I should know this since they are my absolute favorite. And if they don’t, they need to start.

This is actually really easy to make and I think it would be adorable to give these giant hearts away to friends just to show them you care.

A big giant peanut butter heart for the peanut butter lovers in your life!
Serves: 8
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups graham crackers
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate melted
Instructions
  1. Crush or blend your graham crackers so that they are fine!
  2. Mix graham crackers, powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter. Don't worry about getting your hands dirty, that's how you get it mixed well!
  3. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  4. Place a handful in a cookie cutter (whatever size you want to make). Layer melted chocolate on top. Let set up for 10 minutes in the fridge and then remove the cookie cutter.

Giant White Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart

So yummy! I could eat the whole thing in one sitting. But I shouldn’t… because that’s a lot of sugar!

We love peanut butter around here… you should definitely check out these other Peanut Butter desserts:
