STRIDER BIKE EXPERIENCE PART 3

July 24, 2015 by Carisa

Strider bikes are amazing for kid's development!

These kids love their Strider bikes! This summer has been so busy and fun with a new baby! So this update is using pics and videos from my phone….

Plus I’ve been training for my first marathon! So there is a lot going on around here… I just have to share really quickly how the kids are doing on their bikes.

Strider bikes are amazing for kid's development!

First of all, Lanae is pretty much a pro! Ha ha! She has come so far and I think she could definitely be ready for a real bike with pedals. I can’t even believe how brave she is.

Since I just had a baby a couple months ago, I’m still taking my training pretty easy. But on the mornings that Scott can’t go with me, its super nice to have Lanae ride her Strider bike while I push the double stroller. She loves it too!

I especially love how she is totally wiped out on these days and takes a good long nap! Yay for naptime!!!!

Owen is doing much better too. He’s been getting a little faster since he learned to actually sit on the bike seat. We’ve been going out on a lot of walks since I had Jemison to make sure that we get some fresh air and walks. So he’s getting a ton of practice!

If you want to check out where we started with Strider, check out part 1 and part 2! I highly recommend getting a Strider bike to help kids learn how to balance and can’t wait to transition our kids onto real bikes with pedals… without ever having to use training wheels!

Stay tuned for future updates.
