HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCOTT & A GIVEAWAY

Today is my husband’s birthday. And I’m sharing a little personal “thank you” to my husband today. He is probably the most patient person that I have ever met and he doesn’t get a lot of recognition for ALL the things that he does. Especially right now, with me being pregnant. Sharing some of the biggest things I’m grateful for right now is actually a little embarrassing! Scott does so much for me, it almost makes me seem insignificant. I swear I do stuff. He just spoils me a bit…

So here are just a few things I’m grateful for:

Last night he made a delicious dinner without me even asking and when I walked downstairs the smell of the delicious dinner made me gag. I felt so bad. I mean, after all Scott put a lot of thought and effort into preparing dinner. I mean normally, I love the dinner… And he was just so patient and asked what else he could make me.

Scott is the best daddy in the world. He takes time out of his day (gladly) to have a Tea Party with Lanae. Actually, sometimes he seems even more excited about the Tea Party than I am. He also makes the best forts out of cushions…

I’m lucky to have a husband that will help with the dishes… Actually, he does dishes all the time! I haven’t washed a dish in 5 weeks. I’m so grateful he’s taken over my least favorite job for the time being!

I am actually a pretty hard core insomniac. Not by choice; it’s a real struggle. Scott willingly and happily reads to me almost every night to help me fall asleep. He has the most soothing voice. I love that part of our night time routine! And if it weren’t for him, I would probably only get 3 hours of sleep a night, or less.

I could definitely keep going. But I’ll just leave it at that. I’m so grateful to have a thoughtful and caring husband who is working so hard to be able to provide for our family! Happy Birthday Babe!!
