FEBRUARY MEAL PLANNING PRINTABLES

January 30, 2015 by Carisa

February Meal Planning Square

This is a project that I’ve been wanting to put together for years! Meal planning is a lot of work and I’m always looking for ways to make it easier, but still effective.

Over the past 2 years I feel like I’ve come up with a really great system that works for me and is easily adaptable for when life gets a little crazy.

I know that feeding a family and making sure they get the proper nutrition can seem daunting, but it really is a matter of establishing good habits.

So I’ve put together a Printable Meal Planning packet that I’ve been using and tweaking for a couple months. This packet makes meal planning easy and flexible–if you want it to be!

If you are looking for a healthy meal plan that is all filled out for you, then this packet will definitely make your life easier! There are 4 sample weeks completely filled out with healthy ideas for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.

There is also a Healthy Meals list that you can use to supplement the meals planned with additional fruits, veggies, dairy and grains.

I just stick my Healthy Meals list up on the fridge for easy reference.

If you are more like me and need some flexibility, I’ve got a complete list of dinners with links to quality recipes for a whole month and I’ve provided a bright blank meal calendar for you to plug in meals that work for you!

You can use the blank weekly calendars if you like to plan 1 week at a time… Or you can use the monthly calendar. Really, it’s up to you!

If you have any feedback on these printables, I’d love to hear it in the comments below… But for now, go and grab your February Meal Planning Printables and get excited for the upcoming month!

I LOVE this! Not only is it going to keep me organized, but I think it will help save money at the grocery store and will help me pre-plan it all out for the entire month. Then I’m not constantly trying to think up new ideas for dinner the night of. So awesome!
