Italian Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken and Rice

- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1-2 Italian seasoning packets
- 1 cube butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 block cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk, if needed
- Place frozen chicken in the crockpot and sprinkle Italian seasoning over it.
- Slice the butter into tablespoons and add it to the chicken
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on medium for 4-5 hours.
- When the chicken is cooked, shred it with a fork.
- Add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. You may need to add a little milk if its too thick.
- Serve over rice.
