CORN AND CAULIFLOWER CHOWDER
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp garlic
- 3 cups cauliflower chopped
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 chicken bouillon
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon
- Tabasco sauce
- cooked bacon
- grated cheese
- green onions
- Combine all the veggies with butter and garlic and saute for 6-8 minutes.
- Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add bouillon, water and milk and cook down for 5-10 minutes. Add lemon, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and a dash of Tabasco sauce! Yum!
