CHICKEN PESTO PASTA

- 8 oz veggie rotini
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- dash of salt
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup grilled pesto chicken
- 1 cup cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese
- Prep your chicken in advance by tossing chicken with a tablespoon of pesto, a teaspoon of garlic and a dash of salt and pepper. Then grill!
- Cook your pasta and drain. Melt butter and add milk, garlic and a dash of salt.
- Next add all your veggies, chicken and cheese. Mix until melted!
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with basil!
