Cook the pasta and set aside to cool. I usually do this earlier in the day and put it in the fridge with a little bit of olive oil so it doesn't stick.
Slice the summer sausage and other veggies.
Throw all the dressing ingredients in a blender and whip it up! Combine and stir!
