WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHRISTMAS TREES

A fun Christmas treat that tastes just like a White Chocolate Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. So festive!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham crackers finely crushed
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups white chocolate melted with a tsp of shortening to thin it out
  • Red and green mini M&Ms or sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Make the peanut butter mixture and set it aside. Prep the silicone molds by putting green and red M&M's in each and creating a pattern.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and put a small spoonful of white chocolate in each tree. Once the chocolate is in, shake it to help it settle, but not so hard that it moves the M&Ms. Make sure the white chocolate coated the sides of each tree. I used a baby spoon to make it easier!
  3. Wait for it to set up, it takes about 5 minutes in the fridge. Put a spoonful of peanut butter mixture in each tree and press it down firmly into the mold. Then even it out so that it is flat. Get rid of as much of the excess crumbs as you can.
  4. Spread melted white chocolate across the top. Let them set up for another 10 minutes or so in the fridge. You want it to seal off the peanut butter part of the trees so that when they harden and you pop them out they are completely covered!
