An easy egg breakfast that families will love! Dippy Do Eggs are warm, crispy and dippy!
Ingredients
  • 4 slices bread (I used whole wheat)
  • 4 large eggs
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat up a griddle on medium heat. When it's heated, butter or spray with pam lightly.
  2. Cut out a small heart (or other shape) in your bread. You don't want your shape to be too big. Just a little bigger than the size of an egg yoke.
  3. Place bread on the griddle and then quickly crack an egg in the middle. The egg yoke should sit right in the whole of your bread.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the egg whites are almost cooked through.
  6. Flip and cook for just a minute on the other side. If you want it to be dippy, you will only want it to cook for about a minute after you flip it. If you cook it too long it will be solid... and no longer dippy-do eggs!
