Ingredients
  • 10 cups white popped corn
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 15 large marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp milk
Instructions
  1. In a large sauce pan, melt your butter and add the brown sugar and marshmallows.
  2. Continue to stir while melting and add the PB2 powder, mix it in really well until it becomes a delicious caramel sauce.
  3. Place popcorn in a large bowl and pour a little caramel sauce on.
  4. Add about ½ cup peanut butter chips and stir so that the caramel sauce melts the peanut butter chips and starts to coat all the popcorn.
  5. Continue adding the sauce in small batches, stirring well after each addition to coat the popcorn.
  6. After coating the popcorn with the peanut butter caramel, add the remaining peanut butter chips in and spread it out on a cookie sheet to cool.
  7. Place milk and 1 cup white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds, then remove to stir. Continue until the white chocolate is a good consistency to drizzle over popcorn.
  8. Drizzle and let it sit for 20 minutes to set up.
