The kids and I made Daddy’s Snack Stache because Scott kept complaining about how he forgot his lunch and never had anything to eat at work.
We thought dad could use some fun treats to keep him going during the day. We included some of his favorite treats and then the kids each picked out something for dad at the grocery store! They love to be involved in fun surprises for Scott!
To make daddy’s stache we used a six pack of root beer. I kept the box and spray painted it blue to make it look like something special. I also spray painted the lids. It definitely looks pretty cool.
Then I set the kids to work filling the cleaned bottles with treats. They loved doing this and kept saying are we making a special surprise for daddy?
Once everything was all put together we added some printable labels. I printed them on sticker paper so I could stick them directly to the box. If I make it again I will probably make the labels a bit smaller!
Scott works in a big lab that he has to share with his coworkers. Now when he takes it to work everyone will know it’s his. He is the only one with kids! Ha ha!
