I think I might have mentioned before that pizza & tacos are the two most requested meals in our household. Personally, I love pizza!! However, I am not always in the mood to make pizza dough, roll it out, spread the sauce and toppings, etc. Well here comes Rhodes to the rescue!!
Since I first came up with this idea for Pepperoni Pizza Casserole, I seriously make it at least once a month! It’s so easy and delicious that it has quickly become a family favorite!
I love how the rolls are light and fluffy and when they pull apart they are all cheesy! If you’re not a huge fan of pepperoni pizza, or even if you just like to be adventurous with your toppings, you can use this same idea and add in any toppings of your choice!
