I’m really excited about how this dinosaur number puzzle activity turned out. We are learning all about dinosaurs, so I had to introduce my kids to The Land Before Time.
This little number puzzle activity was a great way to introduce a favorite kid’s movie and reinforce numbers with a little fun!
All I did was grab an image from the movie that I liked and put numbers on it. Then I printed it out and cut it up with my handy paper cutter to make sure the lines were super straight so it would fit back together well.
I also had a blank white sheet as a base for the kids to match the numbers from the pictures on. This was a little extra number practice for them. The first time putting the puzzle together was kind of hard. But after they did it once it was a little easier.
This is such an easy way to practice numbers and would be a great intro to any topic of study for kids.
