CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

A delicious sweet and spicy cheeseburger casserole that will make your tastebuds sing! Feed cheeseburgers to the masses with this unique dish.
Ingredients
  • 15 Rhodes Dinner Rolls
  • 12 slices Cheese
  • ¾ pound Ground Turkey
  • ¼ pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1-2 Jalapeno, diced
  • Glaze
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
  1. At least 2-4 hours before dinner, pull rolls out to thaw and bake according to package instructions.
  2. While the rolls are cooling, prep your burger meat. Add veggies and spices to meat mixture.
  3. Once the rolls are cooled, cut in half and line the bottom halves up in a baking dish. Layer the meat mixture on top. Add a layer of cheese. Top it off with the leftover roll halves and you're almost there...
  4. Mix the glaze ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until the ingredients are combined. Pour glaze over the rolls evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese melted!
