An easy taco recipe that can be used as a grab-n-go snack or just a fancy, new way to dress up your taco!
Ingredients
  • 6-12 Rhodes dinner rolls
  • Leftover taco meat
  • Cheese
  • Favorite taco toppings
Instructions
  1. Cover and thaw your rolls in a muffin tin for 60-90 minutes. Press rolls into the muffin tin to create a well. Add your taco meat and top with cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
  3. Let cool and enjoy! You can grab-n-go just the way it is or top with your favorite taco toppings.
